Through it, each LMS associate is encouraged to identify professional individuals who are seeking new employment or career advancement. Each referred candidate must meet the high standards of LMS which are demonstrated by you, a current LMS Associate. |
REFERRAL BOUS RULES AND REGULATIONS |

Referred candidate must not have had any contact with LMS before the referral was made.

Referred must be entered into computer prior to interview

Referral must be approved by LMS to become an Associate

Referral bonus monies will be paid after completion of 40 hours of initial temporary assignment. For direct hire placement the bonus will be paid ninety days from the date LMS has been paid.
